We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Post Closing, Securities & Document Management team. We are looking for a people manager who is highly organized and can innovate our processes for efficiency.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire a team of analysts by setting goals, providing feedback, direction, guidance, updating SOPs, and periodic performance reviews.
• Benchmark processes for efficiencies and innovation.
• Ensure departmental metrics are consistently met.
• Monitor team inbox to ensure all inquiries are acknowledged same day.
• Quality check loan documents once uploaded to internal document retention system.
• Coordinate UCC Administration.
• Provide updates, metrics, and process improvement recommendations to management.
• Review original loan document shipments and uploads to all document custodians.
• Conduct ongoing training for staff and new hires.
• Provide rating agency audit support to senior management, as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of people management or team lead experience.
• Experience in loan documentation, post-closing operations, or financial services required, multifamily real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of UCC filings and administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, execute, and delegate multiple tasks and projects effectively.
