This franchise is independently owned and operated. The franchisee, not The Brothers that just do Gutters Corporate, is the sole employer for this position: your application goes directly to them, they alone make all hiring decisions, and any employment inquiries should be directed to the franchisee rather than to Corporate.

What We're Looking For

This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We're looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Requirements:

2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction

Positive and team-oriented

Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company

Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!

Compensation:

$30.00-40.00+ per hour

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience
