In-Home Caregiver - Olympia

Our office is located in Tumwater, and we proudly serve Tumwater, Olympia, Yelm, Lacey, Shelton, and the surrounding areas. 

HCA/CNA certification is a huge plus; however, we are also willing to TRAIN and offer paid HCA Training!  Our HCA training program spans 2 weeks, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Tumwater office. Completion of this program is required for candidates who are not currently certified as an HCA or CNA in the state of Washington.

Pay: $22/hr + paid training and mileage reimbursement .60 cents per mile

Current Needs + Shifts:

• Monday-Thursday shifts from 9a- until 8pm. All shifts range from 2 hours to 5 hours.
  • 3p-6p, 5p-8:30pm, 4p-8p
• Tumwater 
  
  • 2pm-7pm - High Triage, personal care is required

• Saturday and Sundays - Day shift availability

Other needs:

• Weekend availability EVERY weekend
• Caregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle - we reimburse mileage!
• Caregivers that can commute to Shelton, WA and Olympia/Tumwater, WA if looking for full-time hours
• HCA or CNA certified caregivers (preferred)
• Willingness to perform all levels of care including peri/personal hygiene care and transfers or be willing to learn!

Caregiver Job Duties:

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
