Service Operations Manager

This role manages local service operations as our Service Operations Manager for KONE Beltsville, MD . Responsibilities Drive the service business operations for your territory in collaboration with customers and peers to promote safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitable business results. Implement and monitor safety guidelines and provide learning opportunities for the team. Effectively manage schedules and overall team performance while collaborating with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Develop personnel motivation, continuous development, and achievement against regional targets; coach Supervisors to be customer-, service-, and result-oriented. Oversee personnel selection, training, and continuous qualification; address customer complaints and supervise customer satisfaction. Create business plans including budget planning and budget control for the individual Service unit. Bring 5+ years of relevant maintenance expertise and supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce. Utilize knowledge gained from an associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Ability to learn and leverage new technologies; ability to collaborate across levels of the organization. Strong leadership and people development capabilities; effective at developing and retaining talent. Customer-focus with a track record in safety, quality, and service delivery.
