Product Manager II

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare technology, is seeking a Product Manager II to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Manager II Location: Remote Pay Range: $55-60/hour, based on experience What's the Job? Drive product outcomes by executing strategy and tracking key results for critical clinical capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business partners, users, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Participate in product discovery, story mapping, and sprint planning to facilitate seamless product delivery. Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements. Create user-facing communication and educational materials related to new features and capabilities. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 4+ years of experience managing digital products, especially in health tech or related industries. Strong business acumen, curiosity, and leadership qualities. Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Experience building health technology products and familiarity with electronic health records systems or nephrology practices is highly valued. What's in it for me?
