Recruiter - Part time

With an impressive global presence and headquarters in Auckland, we are stretched across 14 locations globally. Windcave is seeking to hire a part time Recruiter (approximately 30 hours a week). Prior recruitment experience (preferably technology recruitment experience) or in-house recruitment experience would be preferred. Strong sourcing skills is a must. This role will be an in-office role a minimum of 3 days a week. $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (dependent upon experience). Key Responsibilities Handle the entire recruitment spectrum of activities including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer, background verification, and handholding potential candidates. We fulfil positions solely through in-house recruitment. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and organizing recruitment materials. Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment metrics and reports. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Handle positions for different regional locations (primarily US and Canada) as the need arises.
