Regional Sales Manager

ProMach is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and build customer relationships across the Chicagoland area. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing key accounts, and leading a local sales team. Responsibilities Proactively generate leads and cultivate exceptional customer relationships. Promote ID Technology products—including labeling, coding, and marking equipment, tags, ribbons, and integrated systems—within your territory. Develop new customer relationships while nurturing existing accounts with integrity and profitability. Collaborate with the national team to support large accounts and share best practices. Follow up on company‑supplied leads in a timely manner and maintain a comprehensive prospect‑customer database. Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales reports in alignment with company guidelines. Generate and analyze sales reports using company tools; provide insights to management. Attend training sessions, meetings, and product updates to stay current on market and technical trends. Qualifications Proven sales track record with documented success in a B2B environment. Ability to identify customer needs and align them with ProMach’s solutions. Knowledge of industry trends and applications within packaging and labeling. Proficiency in MS Office and sales‑tracking systems. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time; access to a reliable vehicle and clean driving record required. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Benefits and Compensation Total pay range: $200,000 – $250,000. Base salary: $35,000; potential commission: $165,000–$215,000.
