Project Management & Planning Ops Rep, Senior - Level 3

Description: You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior - Level 3 for the Project Management & Planning Operations team which is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects. Basic Qualifications: Experience in project support, project management. Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including prioritizing requests from numerous sources while ensuring all valid requests are ultimately driven to closure. Experience in cross functional support and working with external business partners. I.E. Facilities, I.T., Networking. Active Secret Clearance. Desired Skills: Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from new hires to leaders. Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes. Ability to create and manage project schedules. Service Central Ticketing System experience. VEMO Tool Knowledge. Prior Military experience. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access. Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to paid time‑off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
