Xfinity Sales Professional

Job Summary Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services including video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. This role focuses on individual sales to single-family units and sales to multi-dwelling units through relationships with property management. The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Comcast’s products and sales process to maximize sales and effectively manage the assigned territory. Compensation Base salary $39,000 annually plus commission. Total target compensation is $83,000, with significant upside available for those who overachieve sales targets. Signing bonus of $3,000 is paid in two installments ($1,500 after 180 days of employment and $1,500 after one year), payable only if the employee remains in good standing through the payment dates. Bonus is only available to externally hired candidates during the applicable offering period. Core Responsibilities Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products and promote offerings to individual customers by canvassing each assigned territory. Effectively communicate, build rapport, evaluate customer needs, and provide recommendations to enhance understanding of Comcast products and pricing. Use expert selling techniques and develop independent turf management plans. Meet and exceed sales goals, manage time and organizational skills, and employ effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation. Maintain a consistent record of success in residential canvassing with a focus on business-to-consumer sales. Show strong technical capability, including computer, billing system, and database knowledge. Meet physical requirements including walking or traveling door-to-door across various weather conditions. Obtain and maintain credentials or licenses required to sell or design alarm systems where applicable. Exercise independent judgment and maintain regular, punctual attendance, including nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Relevant work experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably entry-level residential canvassing. Skills: Workplace organization, persuasion, adaptability, self‑motivation, resilience, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, professional integrity.
