Cobble Hill Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to help lead nursing care and daily operations on an assigned unit. The RN Unit Manager supports residents, families, and staff while helping ensure care is coordinated, responsive, and consistent with facility policies and applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day nursing care and unit operations.
• Support, guide, and communicate with nursing staff.
• Help develop and maintain resident care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and follow up on changes in health or care needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and other care team members.
• Help maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Assist with staff orientation, education, and performance support.
• Address concerns and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Follow facility policies and applicable care and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• RN Unit Manager experience in a nursing home required. 
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team
