Registered Veterinary Technician

Wheelersburg Animal Hospital is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing technicians who want to fully utilize their education and expertise while making meaningful connections with clients and their pets. This is a full-time position, with a 4-10s schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday, and 1-2 Saturdays per month. We are also open to part-time scheduling. In This Role, You Will Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures – including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs. Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication. Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity. Collaborate with your team to support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
