Overview Department: Physical Therapy Outpatient Schedule: Day/Evening, 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri Facility: CMME Trolley Medical Building Location: Lewiston, ME 04240 Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000! Position Highlights Hospital Based Outpatient setting. EMR integrated with all Central Maine Healthcare providers Practice hours, Weekdays, 7 to 5:30. Individualized patient care. One-on-one sessions. No double booking, no dove tailing. Therapist driven schedule. Responsibilities Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications Education, Experience, Training Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy Current state Physical Therapy license Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
