• Setting : Outpatient

• Start date : ASAP

• Preferred schedule : Flexible - Clinic is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Background and Certifications required : Certified FNP/PA , Active RI License and active DEA

• Call: No on call

• EMR: eClinical Works

• Compensation : $65-72/hr - Commensurate on experience (room for negotiation)

• Other : Occupational Health experienced preferred, DOT Certified
