About the Role:

Stargait Management Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions targeting gross motor skills, mobility, strength, and coordination
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving developmental goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and neurodevelopmental treatment approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and care teams
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain
• Patient, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
