About the Role:
Stargait Management Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by delivering exceptional, compassionate care. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions targeting gross motor skills, mobility, strength, and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving developmental goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and neurodevelopmental treatment approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and care teams
- CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain
- Patient, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
