About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked at a State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and insight into what it takes to build and run a successful office. I'm a graduate of Saint Michael's College, married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family. Our agency offers PTO, production-based quarterly bonuses, a Simple IRA, and a fun, team-oriented environment that includes birthday lunches and holiday parties. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
