The company is adding an Accounting Specialist to help keep the financial operations accurate and efficient. If you’re organized, detail-driven, and love working with numbers in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Compensation Base pay range : $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr This range is provided by Professional Alternatives. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Direct message the job poster from Professional Alternatives What You’ll Do Manage daily accounting tasks — A/P, A/R, and reconciliations. Prepare and process client bills and expenses. Support month-end reporting and data entry. Assist with trust/IOLTA account management. Work with attorneys and staff to ensure billing accuracy. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of accounting experience (law firm experience required). Strong attention to detail and organization. Proficiency in Excel and accounting/billing software.
