Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Behavior Consultant based in Edinboro, PA, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Behavior Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, conducting assessments, training clients and their families, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves continuous progress monitoring, providing therapeutic interventions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in developing and implementing behavioral support and treatment plans Strong skills in conducting assessments and progress monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train families and collaborate with teams Familiarity with therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices Ability to manage documentation efficiently and ensure compliance with policies Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field State licensure or certification in behavioral therapy, counseling, or a related discipline (or eligibility to obtain one) Previous experience working with individuals requiring behavioral support is a plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Proficiency with technology to manage telehealth sessions and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
