- Coverage: Inpatient, in-house call (on-site 24-hour coverage)

- Minimum commitment: 1-3 weekends/month, long-term
- Trauma level 3
- Patient encounters: 5 per 24-hour shift
- Required skills/procedures: Low-risk pregnancy; FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE); routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps); decision-making for C-section, Complicated OB, Gynecology surgery, High-risk pregnancy
- Certifications: WA license or IMLC, DEA, BC, BLS
- Credentialing: estimated 30 days
