Production Supervisor, Afternoons

Shift Information Second Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Mandatory overtime on Saturdays from 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Shift differential: $1.50 per hour. Expected Pay Range: $29.33 – $34.00 per hour. Bonus: Possible supplemental compensation based on individual and company performance metrics. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. Monitor operations to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns and incidents during the shift, escalating issues as needed. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support sanitation, food safety, and equipment troubleshooting. Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and on schedule. Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and daily work direction. What You’ll Bring At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required; four‑year degree preferred. Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment.
