Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Administrator to join our Commercial Real Estate Credit Department at the Assistant Vice President level. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the full lifecycle of CRE and Residential loan transactions — from documentation review and closing coordination through boarding, servicing, and post-closing administration. Experience 3–5 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage operations, commercial real estate lending, residential lending, or a related banking environment. Demonstrated experience supporting both Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential loan processes, including documentation review, closing coordination, boarding, servicing support, and exception tracking. Hands-on experience with the Encompass loan origination system, including pipeline management, document review, data integrity validation, and workflow coordination. Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of CRE loan products, loan lifecycle processes, collateral documentation, escrow requirements, and post-closing administration. Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit approvals, underwriting conditions, closing packages, and funding processes. Familiarity with applicable lending regulations, compliance standards, and internal control requirements related to CRE and Residential lending. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills with the ability to review files for accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence. Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple loans and competing deadlines in a high-volume environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate seamlessly across lending, underwriting, processing, closing, compliance, and operations teams. Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues in a timely, professional manner. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive borrower and transaction information. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
