In this role you will be designing, implementing & supporting a reliable, secure, & scalable Microsoft 365 messaging environment. The focus is on Exchange Online, ensuring availability, security, compliance, & performance in a hybrid, multi-office environment. Requirements Previous experience working in a large multi-office law firm or enterprise 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years focused on Exchange administration and Microsoft 365 messaging in a mid- to large-sized enterprise. Deep experience administering Exchange Online and Exchange Server in hybrid configurations, including cross-version upgrades and complex mail flow. Proven experience leading Exchange migrations from on-premises Exchange (including Exchange Server Subscription Edition) to Exchange Online; exposure to tenant-to-tenant or multi-organization Microsoft 365 migrations is strongly preferred. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and practical experience using Microsoft Graph to automate and manage Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 messaging tasks and workflows. Experience administering and supporting Mimecast (or a similar email security platform) and managing email hygiene controls such as DKIM, DMARC, and SPF. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and migration tools and methods, such as Azure AD Connect and hybrid Exchange configurations. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex messaging and client issues end to end, including mail flow, connectivity, and client performance, and to drive durable fixes. Interested in hearing more?
