Crew/Floor Leader Location: Westampton, New Jersey Job Category: Manufacturing Job ID: 40097 Quad is seeking a Full-Time Shift Crew Leader at our Westampton, New Jersey Commingle Center. The wage range is $24.80 – $37.20 per hour, depending on experience. This position is responsible for creating a fast-paced, accuracy-driven operation led by verbal and non-verbal communication with employees. Required Qualifications: Ability to work 8-hour shifts Ability to work weekend overtime as needed Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement Receive and follow instructions Use vision to identify defects in the product Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to direct a team Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership position is preferred Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) and the ability to perform basic math calculations Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly range of $24.80-$37.20, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
