What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with patients by providing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while engaging in meaningful clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and corporate pharmacy partners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Use your expertise to identify opportunities for improving services and enhancing the patient experience.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and community-focused programs, including point-of-care testing, women's health services, medication take-back programs, and more.

Qualifications

Experience & Education:

• The Pharmacist position requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Registered Pharmacist license in the State in which you will be employed
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but is not mandatory. Proven leadership skills and business acumen is preferred.
• This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.

Pay Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
