Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active OR state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with Medicare and documentation for skilled nursing facility (SNF) billing and MDS-related therapy preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment, including gait belts, walkers, Hoyer lifts, and therapeutic modalities.
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
