MRI Technologist 20k sign-on bonus

Job Summary 20k sign-on Bonus! Hours for this opening are: Saturday 7:00am - 7:30pm, Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm, Monday 10:00am - 10:30pm. Responsibilities Follow all proper policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety at all times. Inform the patient of all aspects of their exam at their level of understanding. Ensure the patient is cleared of all contraindications and hazards. Accurately position the patient and ensure their comfort. Maintain visual and verbal contact with the patient during the exam. Perform scans in accordance with the center’s protocol. Administer intravenous contrast. Complete all forms pertaining to the patient’s exam. Record patient data in the Tech Data Entry program. Provide and issue films/CD when appropriate. Forward data and/or films/CD to the Radiologist upon completion of exam. Assist clerical staff as circumstances arise. Clean and re-supply equipment and rooms as needed. Adhere to all necessary training/licenses based on the credentialing policy. Qualifications Prior MRI scanning experience. MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications. Fantastic interpersonal skills. ARMRIT certification accepted at some locations. Ability to sit and utilize a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to assist patients with mobility difficulties. Availability to participate in a call schedule/rotation at some inpatient locations. Physical ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds. Compensation Pay range: $40-$60 per hour + benefits.
