We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in performing daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently. Your role will involve:

• Performing daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
• Completing building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.
• Partnering with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.
• Assisting with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinating with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

What You Can Look Forward To:

• A full-time overnight schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed.

• Exposure to a variety of maintenance, facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
