Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
• Schedules: Full-time available

Job Summary:
Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical standards. The RN ensures quality care, supervises nursing staff, and supports the team in delivering exceptional service.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises and coordinates nursing care for residents
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
• Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
• Provides direct nursing care and monitors residents' conditions
• Accurately documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Required: Current RN licensure in the State of Montana
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing processes in long-term and rehabilitative care
