Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Overview Retail Inventory Associate - Driver Starting Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn! Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. Responsibilities Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role is responsible for adhering to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, as well as conducting and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision - Accuracy matters here. Follow a clear, consistent workflow - Your playbook for success. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred; experience count encouraged. No inventory experience? Training is provided with the right discipline. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Inventory Associate Driver Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Must be willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking, repetitive hand/arm motions, frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, or crouching), use of ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
