Tooling Preparation Operator

Job Position: Tooling Preparation Operator Location: Orange City, IA 51041 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Shift: 6AM - 3:30 PM Description: Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and staging molds, fixtures, and tooling to support production and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain molds and tooling using hand tools and release agents Stage and move tools for daily production use Remove and place tools on racks as needed Communicate issues with tools to technicians and engineers Qualifications: Manufacturing experience preferred (3-6 months) Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Basic math and computer skills preferred Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, pushing, and pulling Stand or walk for 8-12 hour shifts Work Environment: Indoor manufacturing setting (may not be temperature-controlled) Exposure to noise, machinery, and contaminants Short Staffed Inc
