Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to enhance the well-being of residents within our lively senior living community. This onsite position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions that prioritize safety and independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Provide education to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Contribute to a nurturing and growth-oriented community atmosphere.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not mandatory.
This role is performed onsite within our senior living community, allowing for direct interaction with residents and staff.
