Account Supervisor (Hybrid - Bilingual)

Account Supervisor – Location: New York City (Hybrid – 4 days in office). Language Requirement: Fluent Korean & English. About the Role We are partnering with a global, integrated creative agency to support the hiring of an Account Supervisor for a high-profile, technology-focused client. This agency operates at a global scale, with deep roots in Asia and North America, and is known for delivering insight-led, data-driven, and technology-enabled work for some of the world's most recognized brands. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative team supporting a major consumer technology brand, making Korean language fluency essential. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, partnering with senior account leadership to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, and strong financial management. Deeply understand client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable direction for internal creative and delivery teams. Lead internal kick-offs and ensure briefs are distilled into easily digestible formats. Own projects across assigned lines of business, managing both small- and large-scale initiatives with increasing autonomy. Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Act as a brand steward, with a strong understanding of brand guidelines and standards. Own internal workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency of output. Lead client meetings and internal agency team meetings with confidence. Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans. Support CRM, digital, e-commerce, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. About You Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. A strong relationship builder who collaborates well with clients and internal teams. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to operate with minimal guidance when needed. Digitally savvy, with a strong interest in culture, technology, and industry trends. Requirements Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 4+ years of client-facing advertising agency experience. Experience managing the delivery of integrated work across digital, CRM, e-commerce, and/or lifecycle marketing. Strong understanding of client and agency operations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable working in a hybrid NYC office environment (4 days on-site per week).
