Real Estate Disposition Manager

This is a role for someone who knows how to move with urgency, build real relationships, and get deals across the finish line. Once a property is under contract, you’ll take ownership of getting it sold — connecting the right deal with the right cash buyer, investor, or flipper, and making sure the transaction keeps moving until closing. You’ll be working the phones, growing and managing our buyer network, pricing deals strategically, creating demand, negotiating with confidence, and staying locked in from contract to close. The right person for this seat is competitive, organized, persuasive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving sales environment where results matter. We’re not looking for someone who needs to be pushed. We’re looking for someone who wants the responsibility, sees opportunity in every deal, and understands that strong relationships and fast execution are what win in this business.
