Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator Location: 3030 Greenfield Rd., Royal Oak, MI, 48073 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee schedules, coordinating staffing needs, and ensuring optimal coverage to support daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and adjust employee schedules to meet operational demands. Coordinate staffing assignments based on workload, availability, and skill sets. Communicate schedule changes and staffing updates to employees and management in a timely manner. Track attendance, absences, and shift coverage to ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly. Maintain accurate records of staffing and scheduling data. Assist with onboarding and training new staff as needed. Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and employee inquiries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or related roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
