Building Inspector II

MSA has an opportunity for a Commercial Plumbing Inspector at Appleton, WI to provide building inspection services. The position may be full‑time or part-time, depending on your availability. Responsibilities Commercial building assistance/inspections Housing program assistance Willingness to travel locally to support client needs Qualifications 1 or more years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar experience required Valid driver's license and vehicle required Wisconsin UDC required or Master Plumber Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats Ability to meet tight deadlines, act independently, and be an effective team player Position requires authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided The pay rate for this position ranges from $26 to $45 per hour, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
