IAM Business Systems Analyst

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their IAM Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 12-18 month contract and will be remote in the United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, ensuring all milestones are met on time
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to document functional specifications, test plans, and test cases
• Serve as functional lead and subject matter expert on identity lifecycle management and system integration projects
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage test execution across multiple applications
• Analyze system interfaces and data flows to ensure seamless integration between applications and support enterprise-wide initiatives
• Partner with vendors to understand project functionality and provide implementation guidance
• Document data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and enterprise initiatives involving identity management platforms
• Monitor project scope and change requests to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate technology standards
• Mentor less experienced team members on application functionality, research analysis, and project methodology
• Manage post-implementation activities including feedback collection, issue resolution, and project debrief sessions

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of business systems analysis or operational/business analytics experience
• Strong expertise in the IAM space - understanding of identity lifecycle concepts and identity management platforms
• Experience with system interfaces, data flows, and application integration
• Familiarity with Sailpoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, and database systems
• Proven ability to create well-documented functional specifications, test plans, and execute test cases
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and business units
• Strong project coordination abilities including managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay Range: $45 - $48+/hr
