You will perform a wide range of preventive maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism that have defined Mister Kleen for decades.The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing quality work. You should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-security environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssisting the engineering team in the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systemsPerform a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks, including projects that require HVAC, plumbing, and carpentryAssist in removing fixtures such as urinals and toiletsComplete work orders and paperwork in a timely mannerRegularly inspect all areas of the building(s) to maintain the proper level of appearance and operation, report deficiencies, as well as suggestions for improvementKeep the shop, penthouse equipment rooms, and common areas clean, organized, and safePerform other projects as required, e.g. snow removal, cleaning up after contractors perform work, clearing leaves in drainsEscort non-cleared guests as neededKnowledge and Skill RequirementsAn active Top Secret/SCI - requiredAbility to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.Commitment to safety policies and proceduresSuperior customer service skillsAbility to understand oral and written instructionsWilling to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectationsCompensationCompetitive Compensation Package Includes: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.$33.50 to $35.00 per hour/Full-Time401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disabilityPaid time offFlexible schedulesOpportunity to learn and grow professionally.Mister Kleen is committed to employing, without discrimination, the most qualified individuals of the greatest ability.
