The Associate Principal - SAP will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department. With a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will lead implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will enhance talent management, performance processes, and organizational capabilities, contributing to Bristlecone's success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a proven track record.
• Expertise in ONB, RCM, RMK, Learning, EC, Reporting, and RBP management.
• Certified in Performance & Goal Management, RCM, RMK, and Smart Recruiters.
• Strong skills in end-to-end configuration, data management, and cross-module integrations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in global teams.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to complex issues.
• Willingness to stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors certifications and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including ONB, RCM, RMK, Learning, EC, and RBP.
• Ensure data integrity and workflow optimization across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Resolve complex production issues and provide timely support to clients.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to proposal development and solution design for new business opportunities.
