Human Resources Generalist

Bayliss Boatworks is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to lead the HR function for our custom boatbuilding operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable advising leadership and walking the shop floor to sort out timecard questions. The HR partner will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training, owning daily processing of shop floor time entry into payroll and billing systems to ensure accurate, on-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
