Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Owner with hands-on AML domain expertise
• Experience delivering regulatory and compliance-driven software products
• Excellent backlog management, stakeholder communication, and Agile delivery skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment

Required Skills

• Product Owner experience supporting software product development
• Strong Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain expertise
• Experience with Customer Due Diligence (CDD), SAR, CTR, Fraud, OFAC, and Case Management
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into product enhancements
• Hands-on experience creating and managing User Stories, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and product documentation
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Experience collaborating with Development, QA, UX, and Business stakeholders
• Azure DevOps (TFS) experience preferred
• Basic SQL and relational database knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for AML software products and enhancements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating on product roadmap planning
• Work closely with development, QA, UX, and business teams throughout the SDLC
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Coordinate product releases, release notes, user guides, and customer communications
• Track security findings and coordinate remediation activities
• Support SOC audits, compliance documentation, and third-party vendor risk assessments
• Manage change requests and support OFAC list updates
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality AML solutions aligned with business objectives
