Position Overview and Qualifications

In the role of Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and the standards of practice for your state and specialty. Working collaboratively with healthcare providers and the care team, you will offer personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, reflecting our organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Evaluating the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carrying out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administering prescribed medications, monitoring the patient for therapeutic responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Delivering exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications Required:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree in Nursing
