About the Role:

As a Hermitage Caregiver with NuChoice Health Partners, you will provide compassionate and trustworthy care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication management
• Accompanying clients to appointments and engaging in activities to stimulate their mental and physical health
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional customer service
