Wellness Director

MorningStar Senior Management LLC seeks a Wellness Director to lead clinical and wellness programs in our faith-inspired senior living community. This on-site RN role oversees resident assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance across assisted living and memory care. You'll supervise and mentor nursing and caregiving teams, coordinate with physicians and families, and champion quality, safety, and dignity for every resident. Oversee all wellness and clinical care programs for residents in assisted living and memory care Lead, coach, and schedule nursing and caregiving teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care Conduct assessments, care planning, and regular condition reviews for residents Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and company clinical policies Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Monitor clinical outcomes, incident reports, and quality metrics; implement improvement plans Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to care staff and nurses Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent resident health needs Support faith-inspired, servant-leadership culture and model compassionate service Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records Resident assessment and care planning Clinical staff leadership and supervision Assisted living and memory care regulations Medication management and administration oversight Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Quality assurance and performance improvement Infection prevention and control Family and physician communication Staff training and competency development Risk management and incident review Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CO BLS/CPR certification Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care Knowledge of state senior living regulations Leadership or management experience in clinical settings #J-18808-Ljbffr American IV
