Job Overview Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant / Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading initiative teams focused on improving healthcare and enhancing patient care, contributing to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry. Responsibilities Support and lead initiative teams in driving improvements for clients through data analytics and operational process improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance. Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of healthcare strategies and operations. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to business growth efforts. Prioritize client relationships to effectively guide hospitals toward improved outcomes. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Authorized to work in the United States. Experienced consultant leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for healthcare clients. Designer and lead executor of data analytics, capable of conceiving new analysis methods, coaching colleagues, drawing insights from complex datasets, and creating strategic narratives for senior management teams. Demonstrated growth mindset and readiness to expand and develop talents within a rapidly growing team. Additional Information Travel: Able to travel up to 80% of the time. Benefits Salary range: $125,000 – $210,000. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and performance bonus.
