QUALIFICATIONS

Highly‑engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Passionate about whole‑person, community‑based care Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Excited to join a mission‑driven team with strong values and deep community roots Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication side effects and contraindications In‑depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patients' confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
