Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Steel Construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional adept at managing complex projects and providing accurate cost estimates, ensuring successful project completion within budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project details and specifications. Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. Proven experience in project management and estimating within the steel construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in project management and estimating software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
