Flex Operator - 2nd Shift Job Category: Production Requisition Number: FLEXO006005 Location: Elwood, IN 46036, USA Job Details Principle Responsibilities: Daily Productivity Line Start-Ups/Shutdowns Production Prep/Changeover Quality Maintenance Sanitation Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Must be able to successfully use basic math and writing skills to complete required paperwork. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in situations involving changing conditions. Good communication skills (especially with management). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good communication skills. Quick learner. Ability to prioritize. Multi-task oriented. Proactive. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct: None Indirect: None Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Must be able to climb up and down stairs frequently. Must be able to ambulate hands and fingers to operate electric switches. Must be able to handle up to 80 pounds (wood pallets). Must be able to work at any station on the line for periods of 15-30 minutes. Able to work 45-60 hours per week with occasional overtime to cover for absenteeism and Fresh Pack requirements.
