Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• Previous Home Health experience
\n

• Facility Type: Home Health
\n
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; clinicians can arrange their own schedules as long as it makes sense and the patient is agreeable
\n
• Coverage: Bloomington/Bedford area
\n
