Working mostly remotely with occasional onsite activities, the HCM Technical Consultant will support various technical aspects of HCM systems and lead specific project initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide technical expertise and support for HCM system implementations and configurations Lead project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HCM applications Required qualifications Experience with HCM systems and technical consulting Strong knowledge of system configurations and implementations Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with project management methodologies Relevant certifications in HCM technologies preferred
