Details Emergency Department unit within a 144-bed acute care hospital Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 or 48-hour weekly options EPIC EMR experience is required Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Current PALS certification required TEAM, TEAM-A, or CPI certification required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required Minimum three years of recent ER experience required BSN and acute care facility experience preferred No prior license disciplinary action permitted Additional Information Located in Simi Valley, in the Southern California area near Los Angeles and the Pacific coast Deliver coordinated nursing care and supervise assigned nursing staff activities Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning Provide patient and family education throughout the care process Holiday RTO requests will not be approved Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered No radius rule in place, with local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers Required vaccinations must be maintained per facility policy American Traveler Job ID P-748605.
