Medical Call Center Specialist

Experienced Clinic Call Center Specialist candidates needed for an exceptionally busy specialty practice with large call volume. Primary duties include but are not limited to: answering calls from physician offices to schedule referral patient appointments; answering patient phone calls; routing calls to appropriate department; process fax referrals to schedule patient appointments; send paperwork to new patients; answer high volume incoming calls as they are received to decrease wait times. Position requires High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Minimum three years' receptionist experience required, preferably in a clinic setting [check-in; check-out; scheduling] ; four years' experience preferred. Knowledge of cardiology and ecW [eClinicalWorks] helpful. EOE M/F/D/V

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
